By 100%, acquisition, IBSS(International Business Software Solution(IBSS) Inc. New Jersey based IT and ITES Solutions providers become the wholly owned subsidiary of Taksheel Solutions Limited.
- In 2006, Taksheel is converted into Public Limited Company.
- In 2007, acquired a Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing business of Dataformix Technologies Inc.
- In USA 2009, company has set up a new SEZ unit at Lanco Hills Technology Park Pvt Ltd(SEZ) Hyderabad.
- In 2010, Telecom Software products was acquired from Verisoft Business Solutions Pvt Ltd.
- In 2011, Dis-investment of 100% subsidiary of IBSS(International Business Software Solutions Inc, a New Jersey-USA.
- We received ISO 9001:2008 certification in the year 2011 and we opened a branch office at Singapore.
- On 29th June 2011, we started a non SEZ Software Development Center in Warangal, India.
